Seminar Comments"Jerry was able to take one of the most complex and complicated regions of hte human anatomy and simplify it. I now feel comfortable to access and treat the pelvis/SI without second guesing myself. And if I ever do, the workbook is an excellent resource."
Tiffany Reid, PTA, Synergy PT & Wellness, OH "Everything about the course was well presented, and I feel comfortable using this technique tomorrow. I like the fact that the HEP is simple to understand and teach." Anonymous |

EFFECTIVE INTERVENTION FOR SACROILIAC JOINT DYSFUNCTION AND LOW BACK AND PELVIC PAIN. Hesch Method was developed by Jerry Hesch, which is a contemporary alternative to the traditional Osteopathic/Muscle Energy sacroiliac biomechanical evaluation and treatment model. Jerry developed this approach over the course of 32 years because the traditional evaluation and treatment of the SIJ was in part confusing and inadequate. The Hesch approach is a true whole-body approach because chronic injuries do involve the whole body. It is a logical and integrative system that quickly and efficiently improves function, reduces pain and fosters independence. Jerry believes that patients need definitive answers and not protracted care. Sacroiliac joint dysfunction is a complex diagnosis that inevitably involves several integrated structures, the sacroiliac, the pelvis, the hips, lumbar spine and symphysis pubis. By addressing all of these structures, and not just focusing on the SIJ, the clients are able to reduce pain and achieve lasting functional gains without dubious, expensive, and protracted interventions.
