The recertification process includes reading the handout and viewing video from the live links in the digital copy. This digital information will be sent to you via a welcome letter when purchase is completed. You may print the handout and have access to view videos. The goal is to impart new info and perhaps reinforce some prior knowledge. There is a short list of questions you need to complete with a passing grade of 70%. Dr. Hesch is available to assist if you have any question regarding the material including the post-test.
